On the first day, the afternoon starts with a walk through the murals of Orgosolo, from the heart of the town to its less-traveled streets, uncovering a collective story that has unfolded on its walls since 1969. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay in the village.

The second day is dedicated to exploration: either a hike in the Montes Forest, reaching the summit of Monte Novo San Giovanni, or a bike ride through the Orgosolo countryside, amidst vineyards and olive groves. This is followed by lunch featuring local products, and in the evening, a guided tasting of cheeses, artisanal wines and liqueurs, and typical dishes like purpuzza and panedda. Another overnight stay in the village follows.

On the third day, you’ll embark on an off-road excursion into the Supramonte, exploring springs, sheepfolds, and panoramic views that tell the story of pastoral life. The tour concludes with lunch with the shepherds, a simple yet profound sharing experience.
